WHITTIER – The La Serna Lancers were gaining a lead midway through the first set when the Lady Lancers began to rally together and were dominant through the rest of the match.

The Lady Lancers volleyball team beat La Serna, 3-1, with a team effort on Wednesday night in Whittier.

Despite losing a hard-fought second set, 25-23, the Lady Lancers came together as a team to finish the match.

Amat was very upbeat and with a strong crowd behind them they won a close third set 26-24 and dominated to win the fourth and final set 25-12.
