St. Joseph’s falls 10-2 at the hands of the Lady Lancers

Bishop Amat Lady Lancers played a home game on Wednesday beating St. Joseph’s 10-2 in seven innings.
The Lady Lancers scored four runs in the fourth on an error, a two-run triple by Julia Valenzuela, and a sacrifice fly by Rayne Barragan.
Julia Menrad racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Lady Lancers.
Bishop Amat pitcher Alexis Vargas got the win for the Lady Lancers allowing two runs over five innings. Vargas struck out one, walked one and gave up five hits.
The Lady Lancers never surrendered the lead after the second inning, scoring two runs on a two-run home run by Julia Menrad.
